Es entsteht unter gleichzeitiger Wärmeentwicklung
Gas, welches den bereits bestehenden Wasserdruck rasch noch soweit erhöht, dass auch die Membrane
13 durchreisst und der ganze Inhalt des Wasserbehälters 11 durch die nun geöffnete zentrale Bohrung der Sicherungseinrichtung und durch das Abflussrohr 10 ins Freie austritt. Durch die sich auch noch während des Wasserausfliessens fortsetzende Wärme-und Gasentwicklung wird das ganze Sicherungsgerät noch soweit warm gehalten, dass das ausfliessende Wasser beim Durchfluss nicht mehr einfrieren kann.
Durch Einsetzen neuer Membranen 8 und 13 und neuer gaserzeugender Patronen 9 wird die Sicherungseinrichtung wieder gebrauchsfähig gemacht.
