Schloss für Koffer, Aktenmappen u. dgl.
Es sind bereits Schlösser für Koffer, Aktenmappen u. dgl. bekanntgeworden, bei denen der Schliesshaken beim Einführen in das Schlossgehäuse den Sperriegel zur Seite drückt, der hierauf unter
Einwirkung einer Feder in den Schliesshaken einschnappt, wobei er in der Schliessstellung die haken- artig gestaltete Sperrnase des Sperriegels von aussen umgreift. Es sind auch Schlösser bekannt, bei welchen nach Lösung der Verriegelung der Schliesshaken durch eine Feder aus dem Schlossgehäuse ausgeworfen wird.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf derartige Schlösser, die dadurch vereinfacht sind, dass an dem Schliesshaken noch ein Fortsatz angebracht ist, der gegen das obere freie Ende der
Sperrfeder beim Einstecken des Schliesshakens einwirkt und die Feder spannt, so dass der Schliesshaken nach Zurückschieben des Sperriegels durch die Feder ausgeworfen wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Schlosses nach der Erfindung dargestellt.
Fig. 1 stellt die Innenansicht des Schlosses mit eingeführtem Schliesshaken dar, u. zw. in gesperrter Lage. Fig. 2 zeigt das Schloss in Offenstellung, Fig. 3 den Sperriegel in Vorderansicht und Fig. 4 in Seitenansicht und Fig. 5 eine Rückansicht des Schlossgehäuses bei zurückgezogenem Sperriegel.
Auf der Schlossplatte 2 ist das Schlossgehäuse J angeordnet. Die Sperrnase 12 des Sperriegels 4 ist hakenartig ausgebildet und weist einen umgebogenen Rand auf. Das andere Ende des Sperriegels trägt die Lappen 10 und 11, von welchen der Lappen 10 von der Krümmung der Sperrfeder 5 umfasst wird, während gegen den Lappen 11 die Feder 6 einwirkt, die den Sperriegel in seine Schliessstellung bringt. Zur Sperrung des Schlosses wird entsprechend der Fig. 1 die Sperrfeder 5 durch einen Schlüssel, der gegen eine der an der Unterseite der Feder angeordneten Kröpfungen einwirkt, über einen Lappen 13, der auf der Schlossplatte angeordnet ist, geschoben, woselbst sie mit einer Kröpfung festgehalten wird.
Die Krümmung der Sperrfeder liegt in dieser Stellung an dem Lappen 10 an, so dass eine Verschiebung des Sperriegels 4 nach rechts in die Ofenlage nicht möglich ist.
Der Schliesshaken 1 ist mit einem Fortsatz 8 versehen, der beim Einführen in das Schlossgehäuse gegen die Sperrfeder 5 einwirkt und die Feder spannt. Die Sperrnase 14 des Schliesshakens umgreift in dieser Lage die hakenartige Sperrnase 12 des Sperriegels von aussen ; dies hat den Vorteil, dass die abgeschrägte Fläche am Schliesshaken beliebig lang sein kann, so dass durch entsprechende Wahl der Steigung der Abschrägung ein leichtes Zurückgleiten des Sperriegels gewährleistet werden kann. Zur Verschiebung des Sperriegels ist in den Schlitzen 9 eine nicht dargestellte Nuss befestigt.
Nach Zurückschieben des Sperriegels in die Offenlage gibt die Sperrnase 12 des Sperriegels den Schliesshaken frei, der durch die gespannte Feder 5 aus dem Schlossgehäuse ausgeworfen wird.
