Vorrichtung zum Ausschneiden des Kerngehäuses od. dgl. von Fleischtrüchten.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Ausschneiden des Kerngehäuses od. dgl. von Fleischfrüchten, wie Birnen, Äpfeln u. dgl., und besteht darin, dass ein einerends mit Schneidkanten od. dgl. versehener hohlzylinderförmiger Schneidkörper an dem den Schneidkanten gegenüberliegenden Ende einen elastischen Fortsatz besitzt, dessen unteres Ende ungefähr senkrecht zum Zylinder liegt und mit einer Schneide versehen ist, die knapp unter die in die Frucht eingeführten Schneidkanten des Zylinders in die Frucht eingeschnitten werden kann. Erfindungsgemäss ist ferner am oberen Ende des hohlzylindrischen Körpers ein elastischer Draht vorgesehen, der in eine in der Wand des Hohlzylinders befindliche Ausnehmung eingedrückt werden kann und der beim Herausziehen des Zylinders den ausgeschnittenen Kern mitnimmt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung im Schaubild zur Darstellung gebracht. Es bezeichnet a den hohlzylindrischen Schneidkorper, b seinen Hohlraum, c die Spitzen oder Schneiden, die das Eindringen in das Obst erleichtern sollen, d den elastischen Ansatz, der in eine senkrecht zum Zylinder a liegende Schneide e ausläuft, f den biegsamen Draht, der in die Ausnehmung g gedrückt werden kann, um das ausgeschnittene Stück beim Herausnehmen des Zylinders zu halten, und h das Obst, z. B. einen Apfel.
Die Gebrauchsweise der Vorrichtung ist die folgende : Der Hohlzylinder a wird zunächst derart in die Frucht h gedrückt, dass er das Gehäuse mit den Kernen einschliesst ; dann wird der Ansatz d in den

Vorrichtung zum Ausschneiden des Kerngehäuses od. dgl. von Fleischfrüchten, wie Birnen, Äpfeln od. dgl., in Form eines einerends mit Schneidkanten od. dgl. versehenen hohlzylinderförmigen Schneidkörpers, gekennzeichnet durch einen an dem den Schneidkanten (e) gegenüberliegenden Ende des Hohlzylinders (a) befestigten elastischen Fortsatz (d), dessen unteres Ende ungefähr senkrecht zur Achse des Hohlzylinders liegt und mit einer Schneide (e) versehen ist, die knapp unter die in die Frucht eingeführten Schneidkanten des Hohlzylinders in die Frucht eingeschnitten werden kann.
