Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellverfahren für eine Dämmplatte zur Verlegung auf einer Geschoßdecke, vorzugsweise auf einer obersten Geschoßdecke, wobei eine kraftschlüssige und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen zwei oder mehreren Materialkomponenten mit unterschiedlicher Dichte und/oder Materialfestigkeit der Deckschichte/n (2) oder dem/der vorgefertigten Einlegeteil/e (3) im Vergleich zu/r dämmenden Materialkomponente/n (1) mittels eines ein- oder mehrstufigen Formteilproduktionsprozesses oder ein- oder mehrstufigen Blockproduktionsprozesses oder sonstigem Mehrkomponentenproduktionsverfahrens als ein Ganzes bewerkstelligt wird. Zusätzliche externe und/oder separate Arbeitsschritte zur Herstellung einer form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dämmende/n Materialkomponente/n (1) (Dämmschicht) und Deckschichte/n (2,3) (Trittschutz) beispielsweise mittels Klebstoff o.ä. sind nicht (mehr) erforderlich.

Claims (1)

  1. österreichisches Patentamt AT 12 219 U2 2012-01-15 zeugkavität mehrere Geschossdeckendämmplatten in einem Produktionszyklus hergestellt werden. [0011] Die Herstellung von Geschossdeckendämmplatten aus zwei oder mehreren Materialkomponenten, z.B. Dämmschicht und Deckschicht (Trittschutz), kann auch mittels eines ein-oder mehrstufigen Blockproduktionsprozesses integral erfolgen. Die dadurch entstehenden großflächigen, mehrkomponentigen Dämmplatten werden mittels Heißdraht und/oder durch eine mechanische Bearbeitung auf das Endmaß konfektioniert. [0012] Das Produktionsverfahren kann aber auch derart gestaltet sein, dass eine vorgefertigte Deckschicht (Trittschutz) aus einem beliebigen Material kraftschlüssig und/oder formschlüssig in einem ein- oder mehrstufigen Formteilproduktionsprozess oder ein- oder mehrstufigen Blockproduktionsprozess oder sonstigem Mehrkomponentenproduktionsverfahren beispielsweise mit der dämmenden Materialkomponente (Dämmschicht) integral verbunden wird. [0013] Durch diese, sich auf der Dämmplatte befindlichen Deckschicht (Trittschutz), beispielsweise aus EPS / einem Partikelschaumstoff hoher Dichte und Festigkeit kommt es zu einer erheblichen Reduzierung des Gewichtes des Produktes wodurch die Verlegung durch den Kunden erheblich vereinfacht wird. [0014] Diese neuartige Geschossdeckendämmplatte kann mit einem an den Stirnkanten rundumlaufenden, klemmenden oder nicht klemmenden Nut- und Federverbund oder beliebigen Profilierungen oder mit glatten Stirnkanten versehen sein. [0015] Es kann auch vorteilhaft sein, die Oberflächen der dämmenden Materialkomponente/n (Dämmplatte) und/oder der Deckschichte/n (Trittschutz) beliebig profiliert zu gestalten, um eine Rutschsicherheit zu gewährleisten oder die dämmende/n Materialkomponente/n (Dämmplatte) beidseitig mit obig beschriebener Deckschichte/n und mittels obig beschriebenen Produktionsverfahren zu versehen und/oder herzustellen (Sandwichelement). FIGURENBESCHREIBUNG [0016] Fig. 1 zeigt eine Geschossdeckendämmplatte mit einer dämmenden Materialkomponente (1) und einer Deckschichte (2) eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung aufweisend. [0017] Fig.2 zeigt eine Geschossdeckendämmplatte mit einer dämmenden Materialkompo nente (1) und einer Deckschichte (2) mit Ausformungen (4) eine kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung aufweisend. [0018] Fig.3 zeigt eine Geschossdeckendämmplatte mit einer dämmenden Materialkompo nente (1) und einem vorgefertigten Einlegeteil (3) eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung aufweisend. [0019] Fig.4 zeigt eine Geschossdeckendämmplatte mit einer dämmenden Materialkomponente (1) und einem vorgefertigten Einlegeteil (3) mit Ausformungen (4) eine kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung aufweisend. Anspruch 1. Herstellverfahren für eine Dämmplatte zur Verlegung auf einer Geschoßdecke, vorzugsweise auf einer obersten Geschoßdecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine kraftschlüssige und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen zwei oder mehreren Materialkomponenten mit unterschiedlicher Dichte und/oder Materialfestigkeit der Deckschichte/n (2) oder dem/der vorgefertigten Einlegeteil/e (3) im Vergleich zu/r dämmenden Materialkomponente/n (1), mittels eines ein- oder mehrstufigen Formteilproduktionsprozesses oder ein- oder mehrstufigen Blockproduktionsprozesses oder sonstigem Mehrkomponentenproduktionsverfahrens als ein Ganzes bewerkstelligt wird.
