As a result of this intensive heating of the water fed into B, it is heated to such an extent soon after its entry into room y that any impurities and gases contained therein are eliminated.
The impurities that are separated out are deposited on the lower pipe wall g and on the floor of room B and can easily be removed from the boiler from there. The exiting gases rise up into the steam space of room A and from there are immediately removed from the boiler with the steam. Other admixtures of the feed water are also eliminated by the intensive heating of the same, such as the juices of the sugar factories that get into the boilers with the feed water.
It is true that the front boilers a, b, c, are heated most intensively by the combustion gases and therefore deliver by far the greatest amount of steam, while the heating of the rear boilers f by the combustion gases and the pipes h is significantly less. By blowing steam from the front boilers into room B and related to y and A, it is entirely up to you to give the contents of rooms A, y, B the same temperature as the contents of the front boilers a. b, c; you can even take all of the steam generated by the boiler system at P.
PATENT CLAIMS: l. Steam boiler system with one or more front and rear boilers, characterized in that the. Back boiler contain several independent rooms in which there is pressure of different tension and which are created by installing partition walls in the cylindrical boiler, so that the rooms independent of the steam boiler pressure serve as heat storage.
