Abstract
La presente solicitud se relaciona con a una nueva cepa Schizochytrium sp. fácil de extraer aceite de una célula y un método para producir aceite que contiene omega3 utilizando la misma, y la nueva microalga de la serie Thraustochytrid de la presente invención tiene un alto contenido de grasa en la biomasa y tienen un alto contenido de ácidos grasos insaturados tales como ácido docosahexaenoico y el ácido eicosapentaenoico entre ellos, y es muy fácil extraer biomasa producida por sí misma o por cultivo y fermentación y componentes grasos incluidos los ácidos grasos insaturados de la biomasa. En consecuencia, la microalga, el producto de biomasa seco y el bioaceite producido a partir de ella pueden utilizarse de forma útil como una composición para piensos o una composición alimenticia, o similares.
