Abstract

Método para la fabricación de productos planos de metal, en particular rollos de fleje, en modo sinfín o semi sinfín, en que se alimenta de manera continua un producto de metal a un laminador que consta en general de al menos 4 cajas, en que las cajas de laminación son, en secuencia, cajas desbastadoras (18a, 18b, 18c) y cajas terminadoras (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e), en donde se plantea realizar un cambio de espesor del producto de metal que sale del laminador con el método FGC, es decir, sin interrupción del proceso de laminado. Al menos la velocidad de rotación de los cilindros de la primera caja (18a) y su separación no son modificadas durante el cambio de espesor del fleje con el método FGC. La transición desde el espesor actual hasta el espesor posterior sucede por aplicación de una nueva configuración de parámetros, por ejemplo, la separación entre cilindros, la velocidad de los cilindros y la tensión entre cajas, a todas las cajas de laminación que participan en el cambio de espesor con el método FGC. El número de cajas que participan en el cambio de espesor con el método FGC, partiendo por la última (21e) caja terminadora, se obtiene considerando la distribución de la fuerza de laminación de cada caja, de modo que la nueva distribución de fuerzas resultante del cambio de espesor no cause que el valor de la fuerza de laminación de ninguna caja en absoluto se salga de un margen de tolerancia aceptable.
