Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para generar una composición para pinturas, barnices, tintas de impresión, resinas de molienda, concentrados de pigmentos u otros materiales de revestimiento, donde la composición para pinturas, barnices, tintas de impresión, resinas de molienda, concentrados de pigmentos u otros materiales de revestimiento comprende sólidos. y dispersantes, donde la composición es generada por un sistema informático, donde el sistema informático tiene acceso a una base de datos en la que se almacenan composiciones conocidas y en el que, para combinaciones de un sólido y un dispersante de composiciones conocidas, se almacenan puntos de medición en cada caso, donde para cada punto de medición, se almacenan una propiedad reológica y una propiedad colorística. El método comprende: entrada de una especificación de una combinación deseada de un primer componente y un segundo componente de una composición, donde los componentes comprenden un sólido y un dispersante, a través de una interfaz de usuario del sistema informático; implementación de una búsqueda en la base de datos con la combinación deseada del primer componente y el segundo componente como criterio de búsqueda, donde, si la búsqueda en la base de datos produce una composición conocida que cumple con el criterio de búsqueda, se genera la composición conocida, y donde, en el caso contrario, se realiza una búsqueda adicional en la base de datos para una composición con el primer componente y el segundo componente como criterio de búsqueda, con el fin de descubrir una composición candidata que comprenda uno de los dos componentes y también, en lugar del otro componente, un componente sustituto; e implementación de pasos adicionales para generar la formulación y generar la composición.
