Abstract

Un proceso que comprende (i) proporcionar un componente de isocianato A que es un producto de reacción de un poliisocianato alifático, un poliisocianato aromático, un poliol de poliéster alifático y un poliol de poliéter; (ii) proporcionar un componente de poliol B que comprende un poliol de poliéster alifático y un poliol de poliéter; en donde el componente A y el componente B comprenden cada uno un poliol de poliéster alifático que tiene una viscosidad de 800 a 6000 mPa·s a 25ºC y un número de hidroxilo de 60 a 180 mg de KOH/g; (iii) mezclar A y B para formar una composición adhesiva sin solvente (SLA), en donde la composición SLA tiene (a) una viscosidad inicial a 40ºC de 500 a 1600 mPa·s, (b) una relación de viscosidad creciente de 100% a 112% de la viscosidad inicial después de que la composición SLA permanece a 40ºC durante 10 min., y (c) una viscosidad final a 40ºC de 120% a 210% de la viscosidad inicial 40 minutos después de formar la composición SLA.
