Abstract
Un método para la producción de un promotor vegetal de expresión alta específico de semilla y/o preferencial de semilla, que comprende unir de manera funcional a un promotor, una o más moléculas de ácido nucleico que aumenta la expresión del ácido nucleico (NEENA) heteróloga para dicho promotor que comprenden (i) la molécula de ácido nucleico que tiene una secuencia que se define en la SEQ ID Nº 2 o (ii) una molécula de ácido nucleico que es el complemento o complemento inverso de cualquiera de las moléculas de ácido nucleico descriptas previamente bajo (i), en donde dicha uno o más NEENA está ligado funcionalmente al promotor a una distancia de 2500 pb o menos del sitio de inicio de la transcripción de dicha molécula de ácido nucleico heterólogo. También constructos y vectores recombinantes, células transgénicas y cultivos celulares.
