Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un dispositivo de adquisición montable en un vehículo ferroviario para detectar vegetación, caracterizado porque comprende: un sensor de imágenes configurado para capturar las imágenes de un entorno del vehiculo ferroviario que incluye una zona de despeje alrededor de una vía férrea en la que se traslada el vehículo ferroviario, configurado además el sensor para capturar las imágenes del vehículo ferroviario cuando se traslada en la vía férrea; un sensor de posición geoespacial configurado para determinar su localización geográfica y así el entorno cuyas imágenes captura el sensor de imágenes; y un procesador acoplado al sensor de imágenes y el sensor de posición geoespacial y programado al menos para: referenciar las imágenes capturadas por el sensor de imágenes en relación con la localización geográfica determinada por el sensor de posición geoespacial a fin de formar imágenes geoespaciales del entorno que incluye la zona de despeje, y de una o más imágenes geoespaciales; procesar la una o más imágenes geoespaciales para producir un modelo computacional geométrico del entorno en que los objetos se representan mediante una colección de formas geométricas; detectar la vegetación en la zona de despeje en base al modelo computacional geométrico; y cargar la una o más imágenes geoespaciales y una notificación de vegetación detectada a partir de la cual se configura un servidor de extremo de procesamiento interno para generar un alerta destinado a un cliente.
