Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un polinucleótido recombinante seleccionado de: (a) un polinucleótido que tiene por lo menos 95 por ciento de identidad de secuencias con la secuencia de ácido nucleico de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (b) un polinucleótido que comprende la secuencia de ácido nucleico de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (c) el polinucleótido de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; y (d) un fragmento de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13. Reivindicación 3: Un constructo de ADN que comprende una molécula de polinucleótidos heterólogos transcribibles unida operativamente al polinucleótido del elemento regulador y un polinucleótido del elemento regulador seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: (a) un polinucleótido que tiene por lo menos 95 por ciento de identidad de secuencias con la secuencia de ácido nucleico de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (b) un polinucleótido que comprende la secuencia de ácido nucleico de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (c) el polinucleótido de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; y (d) un fragmento de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5,6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13. Reivindicación 9: Una planta transgénica o una célula vegetal transformada de manera estable con el constructo de ADN de acuerdo con cualquier reivindicación 3 - 8. Reivindicación 12: Una semilla de la planta transgénica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, en donde la semilla comprende el constructo de ADN. Reivindicación 20: Un método para expresar un polinucleótido en una planta; el método comprende introducir en una célula vegetal un polinucleótido recombinante; el polinucleótido recombinante comprende un elemento regulador capaz de incrementar la expresión de un polinucleótido heterólogo, en donde el elemento regulador comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: (a) una secuencia de nucleótidos que comprende la secuencia de nucleótidos de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (b) una secuencia que es al menos 95 % idéntica a la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13; (c) una secuencia de nucleótidos que comprende un fragmento o variante de la secuencia de nucleótido de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13, en donde la secuencia inicia la transcripción en una célula vegetal; y (d) una secuencia de nucleótidos complementaria a (a) o (b). Reivindicación 26: Un método para mejorar la transcripción de un polinucleótido en una célula huésped; el método comprende introducir en una célula vegetal un polinucleótido recombinante, el polinucleótido recombinante comprende un elemento regulador capaz de incrementar la expresión de un polinucleótido heterólogo de interés, en donde el elemento regulador comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos heterólogos seleccionada de: la sec. con núm. de ident.: 1, 2 y 3.
