Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un casete de expresión génica que comprende un promotor unido de forma operativa a un transgén, donde el promotor comprende un polinucleótido con al menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 2. Reivindicación 6: Un vector recombinante que comprende el casete de expresión génica de la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 10: Una planta transgénica que comprende la célula de planta transgénica de la reivindicación 9. Reivindicación 13: Una semilla transgénica de la planta transgénica de la reivindicación 10. Reivindicación 25: Un método para expresar una secuencia de codificación heteróloga en una planta transgénica, donde el método comprende: a) transformar una célula vegetal con un casete de expresión génica que comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos que contiene la SEQ ID Nº 2 unida de forma operativa a una secuencia de codificación heteróloga, que se une de forma operativa a una región sin traducción 3; b) aislar la célula vegetal transformada que comprende el casete de expresión génica; c) regenerar la célula vegetal transformada en una planta transgénica y d) obtener la planta transgénica, donde la planta transgénica comprende el casete de expresión génica que comprende la secuencia de polinucleótidos que contiene la SEQ ID Nº 2.
