Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un polinucleótido recombinante que comprende: a) una secuencia codificadora de citoquinina sintasa, en donde la citoquinina sintasa comprende un dominio tipo de transferencia de isopentenilo (IPT) y un dominio tipo fosforribohidrolasa, y b) una secuencia heteróloga. Reivindicación 20: Una célula huésped que comprende el polinucleótido, la casete de expresión o el vector seleccionado del grupo que consta de las reivindicaciones 1 - 19. Reivindicación 24: Un vegetal transgénico que comprende la célula huésped de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 22 ó 23. Reivindicación 26: La citoquinina sintasa aislada o recombinante de la reivindicación 25, donde la citoquinina sintasa codificada comprende una secuencia que posee al menos 80% de identidad de secuencia de aminoácidos con respecto a cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 3 (EfCKS), SEQ ID Nº 9 (AtCKS), SEQ ID Nº 13 (BoCKS), SEQ ID Nº 17 (IrCKS), SEQ ID Nº 21 (AhCKS), SEQ ID Nº 25 (FfCKS), SEQ ID Nº 34, SEQ ID Nº 35, SEQ ID Nº 36, SEQ ID Nº 37, SEQ ID Nº 38, SEQ ID Nº 39, SEQ ID Nº 40, SEQ ID Nº 41, SEQ ID Nº 42, SEQ ID Nº 43, SEQ ID Nº 44, SEQ ID Nº 45, SEQ ID Nº 46, SEQ ID Nº 47, SEQ ID Nº 48, SEQ ID Nº 49, SEQ ID Nº 50, SEQ ID Nº 51, SEQ ID Nº 52, SEQ ID Nº 53, o SEQ ID Nº 54. Reivindicación 28: Una composición para la aplicación de la citoquinina sintasa, donde la composición comprende: g) citoquinina producida por la citoquinina sintasa de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 25 - 27; y h) uno o más ingredientes inactivos adecuados para la aplicación a un vegetal.
