Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para el tratamiento de cuerpos moldeados con una superficie de acero con un contenido de carbono en el intervalo de 0 a 2,06% en peso y con un contenido de cromo en el intervalo de 0 a < 10% en peso previo a un a conformación en frío, en el que como mínimo un cuerpo moldeado se pone en contacto con una composición acuosa ácida se para la conformación de una capa de conversión como capa separadora, en el que la composición acuosa ácida se preparó / se prepara solo con una preparación que se compone esencialmente de agua, 2 a 500 g/l ácido oxálico así como a) 0,01 a 20 g/l de cómo mínimo un acelerante sobre la base de guanidina y/o b) 0,01 a 20 g/l de como mínimo un nitrato y dado el caso de pigmento, agente tensioactivo y/o agente espesante, en el que la abrasión del decapado de la composición acuosa ácida está dentro del intervalo de 1 a 6 g/m², en el que el peso de la capa de una capa de conversión seca está dentro del intervalo de 1,5 a 15 g/m², en el que la relación de la abrasión del decapado respecto del peso de la capa AD : PC de la capa de conversión seca esta dentro del intervalo de (0,30 a 0,75) : 1 y en el que la capa de conversión seca forma un recubrimiento fijamente adherido.
