Abstract

El producto alimenticio comprende una primera masa que encierra por completo a una segunda masa, cada una de la primera masa y la segunda masa tienen un colorante diferente con relación a la otra masa pero por lo menos un componente de la primera masa y de la segunda masa son iguales entre sí. En otro aspecto, el método de fabricación de análogos de ravioles comprende co-extrudir una primera masa y una segunda masa que contienen por lo menos un componente que está presente tanto en la primera masa como en la segunda masa, donde la primera masa y la segunda masa contienen colorantes diferentes entre sí; y cortar las masas extrudadas en piezas que son de tamaños predeterminados con extremos sellados de manera tal la primera masa encierra por completo a la segunda masa. En aún otro aspecto, la composición alimenticia mixta comprende uno o más análogos de ravioles y uno o más ingredientes comestibles adicionales.
