Abstract
Productos de queso procesado libre de sal emulsionante así como métodos de preparar productos de queso procesado libre de sal emulsionante. Los productos de queso procesado libre de sal emulsionante se preparan con almidón modificado que contiene amilopectina y sustancialmente sin amilasa y sin sales emulsionantes.
