Abstract

La presente se refiere a un implante crestal (1) que comprende una sección alargada de anclaje (2), un pilar del implante (4) y una sección de transición (3), presentando la sección de transición (2) un núcleo alargado (5) del cual parten varias nervaduras (6) que forman grupos de nervaduras, habiéndose previsto en la sección de transición (3) una o varias superficies (11) que se extienden en sentido perimetral (U) a una distancia de referencia radial respecto del eje longitudinal medio, y presentando el implante (1) material plástico. Se propone que se prevean uno o varios grupos de nervaduras, en cuyas nervaduras (6.0) el borde exterior radial de la nervadura (13) presente una distancia radial (R0) desde el eje longitudinal medio (A) del implante (1) que al menos sea aproximadamente equivalente a la distancia de referencia radial, y que se hayan previsto uno o varios grupos de nervaduras, dentro de los cuales de sus nervaduras solamente una parte cuantificable o dentro de los cuales todas las nervaduras, a lo largo de su borde radialmente externo en su extensión perimetral completa o solo parcial presenta una distancia radial respecto del eje longitudinal medio que es mayor que la distancia de referencia radial.
