Abstract
Una estación de estampación de fase única continua que está compuesta por dos (2) rodillos grabados controlados por temperatura que se encuentra inmediatamente después del troquel de extrusión en el proceso de manufactura para paneles de vidrio laminado de múltiples capas y que permite una estampación simultánea dual de ambos lados de una lámina de masa fundida de polímero y que produce una lámina de capa intermedia de polímero con unos valores de permanencia y de retención de estampado aumentados y unos valores de incidencia de moteado y de fuerza de exfoliación de pegado de apilamiento disminuidos. En el presente documento también se da a conocer una lámina de capa intermedia de polímero estampada con un primer lado, un segundo lado y una superficie estampada en al menos uno de los lados, con una aspereza superficial Rz de 10 a 90 mm en la superficie estampada, una permanencia de más de un 95 % cuando se somete a prueba a 100ºC durante cinco (5) minutos y una retención de superficie estampada de más de un 70% cuando se somete a prueba a 140ºC durante cinco (5) minutos.
