Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una bebida con base de soja no fermentada envasada, lista para beber, que tiene un contenido de agua de al menos el 80 %/p, un contenido de proteína de soja comprendido entre el 1,0 y el 8,0 %/p, un contenido de grasa que oscila entre el 0 y el 5 %/p, dicha bebida comprende, además, entre el 0,01 y el 0,4 %/p de fibras cítricas celulosicas insolubles, la citada bebida tiene una viscosidad inferior a 0,5 Pas, a una velocidad de corte que varía entre 2 y 100 s-1.
