Abstract
Un objeto de la presente es proveer un método para producir un compuesto de oxazol con un alto rendimiento. El objeto se puede lograr por medio de un compuesto representado por la Formula (1): en donde: R1 es un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo inferior; R2 es un grupo 1-piperidilo substituido en la posicion 4 con un substituyente seleccionado entre: (A1a) un grupo fenoxi substituido en la parte fenilo con uno o más grupos alcoxi inferior substituidos con halogeno. (A1b) un grupo alquilo inferior substituido con fenoxi, substituido en la parte fenilo con uno o más grupos alquilo inferior substituidos con halogeno, (A1c) un grupo alquilo inferior alcoxi inferior substituido con fenilo, substituido en la parte fenilo con halogeno, (A1d) un grupo alquilo inferior substituido con fenilo, substituido en la parte fenilo con uno o más grupos alcoxi inferior substituidos con halogeno, (A1e) un grupo amino substituido con un grupo fenilo, substituido con uno o más grupos alcoxi inferior substituidos con halogeno, y un grupo alquilo inferior, y (A1f) un grupo alcoxi inferior substituido con fenilo, substituido en la parte fenilo con uno o más grupos alcoxi inferior substituidos con halogeno; n es un entero de 1 a 6; y X3 es un grupo sulfoniloxi orgánico. Reivindicacion 5: Un método para producir un compuesto representado por la Formula (2): en donde R1, R2 y n son los mismos que los que se definieron en la reivindicacion 1, método caracterizado porque comprende someter el compuesto de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 a una reaccion de epoxidacion. Reivindicacion 6: Un método para producir un compuesto representado por la Formula (3): en donde R1, R2 y n son los mismos que los definidos en la reivindicacion 1, método caracterizado porque comprende los pasos (a) a (c): (a) someter el compuesto de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 a una reaccion de epoxidacion para preparar un compuesto representado por la Formula (2): en donde R1, R2 y n son los mismos que los definidos en la reivindicacion 1; (b) hacer reaccionar un compuesto representado por la Formula (2) con un compuesto representado por la Formula (4) en donde X2 es un átomo de halogeno, para preparar un compuesto representado por la Formula (5): en donde R1, R2, X2 y n son los mismos que los definidos más arriba; y (c) someter el compuesto representado por la Formula (5) a una reaccion de cierre del anillo para preparar el compuesto representado por la Formula (1).
