Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un sistema de endurecimiento de vidrio y a un método capaz de transicion entre configuraciones para la recoccion y el templado de objetos de vidrio, que comprende un sistema de transporte, un sistema de posicionamiento de objetos de vidrio, una cámara de templado, y una pluralidad de zonas de temperatura orientadas para formar un tunel a través del cual los objetos de vidrio son transportados por un sistema de transporte. Las zonas de temperatura pueden establecerse de modo de implementar un perfil de temperatura, ya sea para la recoccion, ya sea para el templado de los objetos de vidrio. Además, en una realizacion ejemplar, puede configurarse un horno de recoccion a fin de templar objetos de vidrio, permitiendo que una porcion del sistema de transporte sea accesible al sistema de posicionamiento de objetos de vidrio luego del precalentamiento, de modo que el sistema de posicionamiento de objetos de vidrio pueda reubicar temporariamente los objetos de vidrio desde el transportador mecánico, en una cámara de templado, y luego, los objetos de vidrio son retornados al sistema de transporte.
