Abstract

Preforma (1) de material plástico para la manufacturacion de botellas por medio de un procedimiento de moldeo por soplado, que comprende un cuerpo central sustancialmente cilíndrico (3) que tiene un extremo abierto (2) y un extremo opuesto cerrado por una parte superior (4). En correspondencia con dicha parte superior (4) están dispuestas multiples oquedades adyacentes (5), teniendo dichas oquedades (5) correspondientes proyecciones (6) hacia el interior de la preforma (1) como para que el grosor de la preforma en dichas oquedades (5) sea sustancialmente igual al grosor de la preforma en las porciones contiguas restantes de dicha parte superior (4) y como para permitir que pase entre dichas proyecciones (6) una vara de estiramiento de dicha preforma. La porcion lateral restante de la parte superior (4) puede tener una forma esférica, conica, elíptica o parabolica y puede estar provista de un apéndice central y proyectante de una forma redondeada.
