Uso de los compuestos de centella asiática seleccionados del grupo constituido por ácido asiático y ácido madecásico y extractos de planta que contienen ambos ácidos en cosméticos, productos farmacéuticos y suplementos alimentarios para prevenir el fenomeno de glucacion y las consecuencias de la glucacion en tejidos. Reivindicacion 8: Uso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4 para prevenir, reducir o inhibir la glucacion para potenciar la curacion de heridas, para reducir la formacion de cicatrices o para remodelar cicatrices. Reivindicacion 10: Uso de la reivindicacion 1 para tratar síntomas de envejecimiento de la piel, las unas y/o el cabello. Reivindicacion 11: Uso de la reivindicacion 1 para la prevencion o el tratamiento de capilaritis (purpura pigmentada), acantosis pigmentaria, esclerosis, síndromes esclerodermiformes, xerosis, enfermedad de Dupuytren, rubeosis, alteraciones conjuntivas, xantocromía, insuficiencia venosa cronica (piernas pesadas), perturbaciones generales de la microcirculacion. Reivindicacion 13: Uso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, en el que el extracto es un extracto de centella asiática.
