Abstract
Los glucosinolatos producidos por el método de la presente pueden ser incorporados en una variedad de productos alimenticios, farmacéuticos y suplementos para la salud. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para extraer glucosinolatos de material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos, caracterizado porque comprende: (i) proveer una mezcla de material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos y líquido; (ii) calentar la mezcla durante un tiempo y temperatura suficiente para desactivar enzimas en el material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos para formar una mezcla desactivada por calor; (iii) contactar la mezcla desactivada por calor con una membrana de intercambio anionico durante alrededor de 4 de alrededor de 24 horas y a una temperatura de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 7°C, por lo cual al menos una porcion de los glucosinolatos se absorben en la membrana de intercambio anionico; y (iv) contactar la membrana de intercambio anionico con los glucosinolatos absorbidos con una solucion acuosa durante un tiempo suficiente para liberar los glucosinolatos extraídos de la membrana de intercambio anionico para formar un medio acuoso conteniendo los glucosinolatos. Reivindicacion 9: Un método para extraer glucosinolatos de material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos, caracterizado porque comprende: (i) proveer una mezcla de material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos y líquido; (ii) calentar la mezcla durante un tiempo y temperatura suficiente para desactivar enzimas en el material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos para formar una mezcla desactivada por calor; (iii) contactar la mezcla desactivada por calor con una membrana de intercambio anionico durante alrededor de 4 a alrededor de 24 horas y a una temperatura de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 7°C, por lo cual al menos una porcion de los glucosinolatos se absorben en la membrana de intercambio anionico; (iv) contactar la membrana de intercambio anionico con los glucosinolatos absorbidos con una solucion acuosa durante un tiempo suficiente para liberar los glucosinolatos extraídos de la membrana de intercambio anionico para formar un medio acuoso conteniendo los glucosinolatos; (v) contactar la mezcla desactivada por calor con una membrana de intercambio anionico durante alrededor de 4 a alrededor de 24 horas y a una temperatura de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 7°C, por lo cual al menos una porcion de los glucosinolatos se absorben en la membrana de intercambio anionico; (vi) contactar la membrana de intercambio anionico del paso (v) con los glucosinolatos absorbidos con una solucion acuosa durante un tiempo suficiente para liberar los glucosinolatos extraídos de la membrana de intercambio anionico para formar un medio acuoso conteniendo los glucosinolatos. Reivindicacion 15: Un extracto de glucosinolatos formado por un procedimiento que caracterizado porque comprende: (i) proveer una mezcla de material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos y líquido; (ii) calentar la mezcla durante un tiempo y temperatura suficiente para desactivar enzimas en el material vegetal conteniendo glucosinolatos para formar una mezcla desactivada por calor; (iii) contactar la mezcla desactivada por calor con una membrana de intercambio anionico durante alrededor de 4 de alrededor de 24 horas y a una temperatura de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 7°C, por lo cual al menos una porcion de los glucosinolatos se absorben en la membrana de intercambio anionico; y (iv) contactar la membrana de intercambio anionico con los glucosinolatos absorbidos con una solucion acuosa durante un tiempo suficiente para liberar los glucosinolatos extraídos de la membrana de intercambio anionico para formar un medio acuoso conteniendo los glucosinolatos.
