Abstract
Método para obtener un fleje de metal (1) por fundicion continua, en el cual primeramente se funde un desbaste plano (3) en una máquina fundidora (2), preferentemente un desbaste plano delgado, que es desviado desde una orientacion vertical (V) a una orientacion horizontal (H), donde detrás de la máquina fundidora (2), visto en direccion de avance (F) del desbaste plano (3), este es sometido a una operacion de fresado en una máquina fresadora (4) y a al menos una operacion de laminacion en al menos un tren de laminacion (5,6). Para mejorar la calidad del fleje, la invencion propone que las operaciones de laminacion y de fresado se lleven a cabo directamente a continuacion de la fundicion del desbaste plano (3) en la máquina fundidora (2), cuya operacion de laminacion está dividida en dos operaciones de laminacion parciales en al menos un primer tren de laminacion (5) y un segundo tren de laminacion (6) y donde inmediatamente delante de la primera operacion de laminacion o entre las dos operaciones de laminacion se lleva a cabo la operacion de fresado en la máquina fresadora (4). Además, la invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para obtener un fleje de metal (1) por fundicion continua.
