Abstract
La presente proporciona procedimientos e intermediarios para la preparacion de alcoholes aminoetoxibencilicos de la formula (1), que sirven en la produccion de compuestos farmacéuticamente utiles. Reivindicacion 1: Un procedimiento para la preparacion de un compuesto de formula (1), caracterizado porque: R1 y R2 son cada uno, independientemente, seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste de alquilo C1-12, heteroarilo y arilo; o R1 y R2 forman juntos un grupo de la formula -(CH2)n- que es opcionalmente sustituido con desde 1-3 sustituyentes, independientemente, seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste de CN, NO2, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-7, arilo, heteroarilo, halogeno, OH, NR5R5, CHO, COOR5, CONR5R5, SR5, -O-arilo y O-heteroarilo; R3 es seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste de H, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-7, arilo, heteroarilo, CN, NO2, y halogeno; R5 y R5' son cada uno, independientemente, H o alquilo C1-6; y n es 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, o 7; que comprende hacer reaccionar una fenoxiacetamida de la formula (2), en donde R4 es H o alcoxi C1-6; con un agente reductor para formar dicho compuesto de la formula (1).
