Abstract

Aparato y método mediante el que está configurado una estructura de actuacion de cámaras de introduccion de moldeo por coinyeccion para instalarse en un canal caliente de coinyeccion con una boquilla de coinyeccion, teniendo la boquilla de coinyeccion al menos dos canales de masa fundida que terminan en la misma compuerta. La cámara de introduccion se coloca preferiblemente en una de una mitad de cavidad del molde y una mitad de macho del molde. Un piston de la cámara de introduccion está configurado para descargar una masa fundida procedente de la cámara de introduccion. Una estructura de transmision está configurada para (i) prolongarse a lo largo de la mitad de cavidad del molde y la mitad de macho del molde, y (ii) para transmitir una fuerza al piston de la cámara de introduccion. La estructura de actuacion está dispuesta en el lado opuesto de la mitad de cavidad del molde de canales calientes de coinyeccion, y está configurada para proporcionar la fuerza a la estructura de transmision. Esta configuracion mantiene espacio en el molde.
