Abstract

Un método para la preparacion de una composicion farmacéutica que comprende un compuesto lipofílico y un cristal de azucar, un alcohol de azucar, una mezcla de azucares o una mezcla de alcoholes de azucares, en donde el compuesto lipofílico se incorpora en el cristal de azucar, donde dicho método comprende: a) dicho compuesto lipofílico se disuelve en un solvente orgánico que es miscible con agua y dicho azucar, alcohol de azucar, mezcla de azucares o mezcla de alcoholes de azucar se disuelve en agua; b) el compuesto lipofílico disuelto y el azucar disuelto, alcohol de azucar, o mezcla de azucares o mezcla de alcoholes de azucares se mezclan de manera que se obtenga una mezcla homogénea; y c) dicha mezcla se liofiliza por atomizacion.
