Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de poliamidas, sus oligómeros o mezclas de los mimos, eventualmente con otros productos de reacción, mediante la transformación de aminonitrilos o dinitrilos y diaminas o una mezcla que contiene aminonitrilo, dinitrilo y diamina y eventualmente otros monómeros y/o oligómeros formadores de amida con agua en un reactor (1) con eje longitudinal orientado verticalmente en el que el producto de reacción en el reactor (1) es expulsado de la parte inferior y el amoníaco formado y eventualmente otros compuestos formados de bajo peso molecular y agua son extraídos de la parte superior, caracterizado porque el reactor (1): tiene por lo menos dos cámaras (4) colocadas una encima de la otra en dirección longitudinal en donde, las cámaras (4) están separadas entre sí por platos (5) estancos a los líquidos, cada cámara (4) está conectada por medio de un rebosadero de líquidos (6) con la cámara (4) ubicada inmediatamente debajo y a través del rebosadero de líquidos (6) de la cámara inferior (4) se extrae una corriente de producto líquida, el recinto de gases (7) por encima del nivel de líquido en cada cámara (4) está conectado con la cámara (4) ubicada inmediatamente encima por uno o más tubos conductores (8), que desemboca(n) en un distribuidor de gas (9) con orificios (11) para la salida del gas debajo del nivel de líquido, como así también con por lo menos una chapa deflectora (12) colocada verticalmente alrededor de cada distribuidor de gas (9), cuyo extremo superior termina por debajo del nivel líquido y cuyo extremo inferior termina por encima del plato estanco a los líquidos (5) de la cámara (4) y que divide cada cámara (4) en uno o más recintos gasificados (13) y en uno o más recintos no gasificados (14).A process for the preparation of polyamides, their oligomers or mixtures thereof, possibly with other reaction products, by the transformation of aminonitriles or dinitriles and diamines or a mixture containing aminonitrile, dinitrile and diamine and possibly other monomers and / or oligomers water amide formers in a reactor (1) with a vertically oriented longitudinal axis in which the reaction product in the reactor (1) is expelled from the bottom and the formed ammonia and possibly other compounds formed of low molecular weight and water they are extracted from the top, characterized in that the reactor (1): has at least two chambers (4) placed one above the other in the longitudinal direction where, the chambers (4) are separated from each other by plates (5) liquid-tight, each chamber (4) is connected by means of a liquid overflow (6) to the chamber (4) located immediately below and through the r liquid boiler (6) of the lower chamber (4) a stream of liquid product is extracted, the gas enclosure (7) above the liquid level in each chamber (4) is connected to the chamber (4) located immediately on top of one or more conductive tubes (8), which ends (n) in a gas distributor (9) with holes (11) for the gas outlet below the liquid level, as well as with at least one baffle plate (12) placed vertically around each gas distributor (9), whose upper end ends below the liquid level and whose lower end ends above the liquid-tight plate (5) of the chamber (4) and which divides each chamber (4) in one or more gasified enclosures (13) and in one or more non-gasified enclosures (14).
