Abstract

El dispositivo para la osteosíntesis abarca: a) un elemento para la osteosíntesis, (?), con un lado superior (5) y un lado inferior (6) y un pasadizo (2) que vincula los lados superior e inferior (5;6) destinado a recibir un inserto (10) multiaxialmente orientable para un elemento longitudinal de fijación osteológica (20), presentando el pasadizo (2) un eje central (3); b) un inserto (10) aplicable en el pasadizo (2), que tiene un pasadizo central (11) para alojar el elemento de fijación osteológica (20), presentando el pasadizo (11), un eje longitudinal (12). El inserto (10) está configurado como resorte espiralado, teniendo su envolvente un área exterior (13), y teniendo su envolvente un área interior (14) que define el pasadizo (11).
