Abstract

La canilla de material sintético (1) para el vaciado de recipientes para el transporte y el almacenamiento de fluidos, configurada como canilla de compuerta o como canilla esférica, presenta una carcasa (2) con un pitón de entrada (7), enchufable en el pitón de salida (15) de un recipiente para fluidos (16), así como un pitón de salida (9) que está soldado a la parte macho (23) de un acople para conectar una manguera de vaciado. La carcasa (2) de la canilla está confeccionada con un polietileno de alta densidad (PE-HD), y la parte macho (23) del acople con un polietileno de alta densidad reforzado con fibra de vidrio. La dureza de la parte macho (23) del acople, soldada con el pitón de salida (9) de la carcasa (2), debida al agregado de fibras de vidrioal material de polietileno de alta densidad, posibilita una unión hermética entre la canilla de extracción (1) con una manguera de vaciado, en cuyo extremo de conexión se halla fijada la parte hembra del acople, la que por medio de sus palancas articuladas es firmemente apretada sobre la parte macho.
