Abstract
Un derivado de isoxazolina representado por la siguiente fórmula general (1) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo donde R1 y R2 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y cada uno es un átomo de hidrógeno, alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-8 o cicloalquil C3-8 alquilo C1-3; o R1 y R2 pueden estar unidos entre sí para formar un anillo espiro C3-7 junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos; R3 y R4 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y cada uno es un átomo de hidrógeno, alquilo C1-10 o cicloalquilo C3-8; o R3 y R4 pueden estar unidos entre sí para formar un anillo espiro C3-7 junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos; o R1, R2, R3 y R4 pueden formar un anillo de 5 a 8 miembros junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos; R5 y R6 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y cada uno es un átomo de hidrógeno o alquilo C1-10; Y es un grupo heterocíclico aromático de 5 a 6 miembros o un grupo heterocíclico aromático condensado que tiene uno o más heteroátomos seleccionados de un átomo de nitrógeno, un átomo de oxígeno y un átomo de azufre, el grupo heterocíclico puede estar sustituido con 0 a 6 grupos iguales o diferentes seleccionados del siguiente grupo sustituyente a; cuando el heterocíclico está sustituido en las dos posiciones adyacentes con dos grupos alquilo, dos grupos alcoxi, un alquilo y alcoxi, un alquilo y alquiltio, un alquilo y alquilsulfonilo, un alquilo y monoalquilamino, o un alquilo y dialquilamino, todos seleccionados del grupo sustituyente a, los dos grupos pueden formar, junto con los átomos a los que están unidos, un anillo de 5 a 8 miembros que puede estar sustituido con 1 a 4 átomos de halógeno; el heteroátomo del grupo heterocíclico, cuando es un átomo de nitrógeno, puede oxidarse para ser un N-óxido; n es un número entero de 0 a 2. (Grupo sustituyente a). hidroxilo; tiol, átomos de halógeno, alquilo C1-10; alquilo C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado del siguiente grupo sustituyente b, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-8, alcoxi C1-10, alcoxi C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado del siguiente grupo sustituyente g; haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalcoxi C3-8; cicloalquil C3-8 alquiloxi C1-3; alquiltio C1-10; alquiltio C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado del grupo sustituyente g, haloalquiltio C1-4; alquenilo C2-6; alqueniloxi C2-6, alquinilo C2-6; alquiniloxi C2-6, alquilsulfinilo C1-10; alquilsulfinilo C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado del grupo sustituyente g; alquilsulfonilo C1-10, alquilsulfonilo C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado de grupo sustituyente g; haloalquilsulfinilo C1-4; alquilsulfoniloxi C1-10 cada uno monosustituido con un grupo seleccionado del grupo sustituyente g, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-4, alquilsulfoniloxi C1-10, haloalquilsulfoniloxi, fenilo opcionalmente sustituido, fenoxi opcionalmente sustituido, feniltio opcionalmente sustituido, heterocíclicos aromáticos opcionalmente sustituidos; oxi heterocíclicos aromáticos opcionalmente sustituidos; tio heterocíclicos aromáticos opcionalmente sustituidos, fenilsulfinilo opcionalmente sustituido; fenilsulfonilo opcionalmente sustituido; sulfonilo heterocíclicos aromáticos opcionalmente sustituidos; fenilsulfoniloxi opcionalmente sustituido, acilo; haloalquilcarbonilo C1-4, bencilcarbonilo opcionalmente sustituido, benzoilo opcionalmente sustituido; carboxilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-10, benciloxicarbonilo opcionalmente sustituidos; fenoxicarbonilo opcionalmente sustituido, ciano, carbamoilo (su átomo de nitrógeno puede estar sustituido con grupos iguales o diferentes seleccionados de grupo alquilo C1-10 y fenilo opcionalmente sustituido); aciloxi C1-6; haloalquilcarboniloxi C1-4, bencilcarboniloxi opcionalmente sustituido; benzoiloxi opcionalmente sustituido; nitro y amino (su átomo de nitrógeno puede estar sustituido con grupos iguales o diferentes seleccionados de alquilo C1-10, fenilo opcionalmente sustituido, acilo C1-6, haloalquilcarbonilo C1-4, bencilcarbonilo opcionalmente sustituido, benzoilo opcionalmente sustituido, alquilsulfonilo C1-10 haloalquilsulfonilo C1-4, bencilsulfonilo opcionalmente sustituido, y fenilsulfonilo opcionalmente sustituido). (Grupo sustituyente b). Grupo hidroxilo, cicloalquilo C3-8 ( que pueden estar sustituidos con un átomo de halógeno o alquilo); alcoxi C1-10, alquiltio C1-10; alquilsulfonilo C1-10; alcoxicarbonilo C1-10; haloalquenilo C2-6, amino (su átomo de nitrógeno puede estar sustituido con grupos iguales o diferentes seleccionados de alquilo C1-10, acilo C1-6, haloalquilcarbonilo C1-4, alquilsulfonilo C1-10, y haloalquilsulfonilo C1-4); carbamoilo (su átomo de nitrógeno puede estar sustituido con grupos alquilo C1-10 iguales o diferentes), acilo C1-6, halalquilcarbonilo C1-4; alcoxiimino C1-10, ciano; fenilo opcionalmente sustituido; fenoxi opcionalmente sustituido. (Grupo sustituyente g). Grupos alcoxicarbonilo C1-10; fenilo opcionalmente sustituido; heterocíclicos aromáticos opcionalmente sustituidos, ciano, carbamoilo (su átomo de nitrógeno puede estar sustituido con grupos alquilo C1-10 iguales o diferentes.) Herbicida que contiene como ingrediente activo del derivado de fórmula general (1). El derivado de isoxazolina descripto presenta un excelente efecto herbicida y una excelente selectividad entre cultivos y malezas.
