Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a nuevos sistemas de distribucion para los ciclopropenos donde las composiciones comprenden un complejo de ciclopropeno y un agente para la encapsulacion molecular que además, comprende componentes adicionales que proveen una liberacion lenta del ciclopropeno del agente encapsulante molecular con agua, o la liberacion del ciclopropeno desde el agente encapsulante molecular con solo pequenas cantidades de agua, o ambos. La presente invencion además provee métodos para liberar el ciclopropeno de dichas composiciones así como también, proporciona los métodos para distribuir un compuesto de ciclopropeno a una planta para inhibir la respuesta del etileno en la planta.
