Abstract

Un procedimiento continuo en fase vapor para polimerizacion de olefinas que comprende polimerizar o copolimerizar olefinas en la presencia de (i) uncatalizador de polimerizacion de olefinas formado a partir de (A) un componente de catalizador de tita nio solido que contiene magnesio, titanio y halogeno comoingredientes esenciales, (B) un componente de catalizador de compuesto de organoaluminio y (C) SiR1R2(OR3)2 donde R1 y R2 son cada uno un grupo ciclopentilo,un grupo ciclopentenilo, un grupo ci clopentadienilo, un grupo ciclopentilo sustituido con 1 a 4 grupos alquilos de 1 a 4 átomos de carbonos, un grupociclopentenilo sustituido con 1 a 4 grupos alquilos de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, un grupo ciclopentadienilo susituido con 1 a 4 grupos alq uilos de 1 a 4 átomosde carbonos, o un grupo indenilo, un grupo indanilo, un grupo tetrahidroindenilo o un grupo fluorenilo que puede estar sustituido con 1 a 4 grupos alquilos de1 a 4 átomos de carbonos; y R3 es un grupo metilo o un grupo etilo, y ( ii) 0,1 a 20 partes en peso de un agente activo de superficie basado en 100 partes dedicho catalizador de polimerizacion de olefinas. De acuerdo con el proceso continuo de polimerizacion de olefinas en fase vapor, no ocurren osbtruccionesdurante la p olimerizacion y se puede producir con una alta actividad de polimerizacion una poliolefina que tiene una alta estereoregularidad.A continuous vapor phase process for olefin polymerization comprising polymerizing or copolymerizing olefins in the presence of (i) a olefin polymerization catalyst formed from (A) a solid tita nium catalyst component containing magnesium, titanium and halogen as essential ingredients, (B) an organoaluminum compound catalyst component and (C) SiR1R2 (OR3) 2 where R1 and R2 are each a cyclopentyl group, a cyclopentenyl group, a cyclopentadienyl group, a cyclopentyl group substituted with 1 to 4 alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cyclopentenyl group substituted with 1 to 4 alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cyclopentadienyl group substituted with 1 to 4 alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an indenyl group , an indanyl group, a tetrahydroindenyl group or a fluorenyl group that may be substituted with 1 to 4 alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and R3 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, and (ii) 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a surface active agent based on 100 parts of said olefin polymerization catalyst. According to the continuous process of polymerization of olefins in the vapor phase, no obstruction occurs during polymerization and a polyolefin having a high stereoregularity can be produced with a high polymerization activity.
