Abstract
Mezclas que contienen: (A) de 40 a 99 partes en peso de policarbonato aromático y/o de poliéstercarbonato; (B) de 0,5 hasta 60 partes en peso de polímerode injerto, caracterizado porque los polímeros de injerto (B) están constituidos por (B.1)de 5ha sta 95% en peso de uno o varios monomeros vinílicos y (B.2) de95 hasta 5% en peso de uno o varios cauchos de dieno en forma de partículas, con una temperatura de transicion vítrea <10*C, que se preparan mediantepolimerizacion en emulsion,empleándose para la polimerizacion de injerto un sistema iniciador constituido por un hidroperoxido orgánico y por ácido ascorbico;(C) de 0 hasta 45 partes en peso de al menos un polímero termoplástico elegido del grupo formado por los (co)polímerosvinílicos t ermoplásticos y lospolialquilentereftalatos; (D) de 0,1 hasta 30 partes en peso de una amina de fosfonato de la formula (1): A3-y-N-By, en la que: A significa un grupo de laformula (2) o (3), donde R1 y R2 independientemente entre sí,significan un g rupo alquilo C1-10 insubstituido o substituido o significan un grupo arilo C6-10insubstituido o substituido; R3 y R4 independientemente entre sí, significan un grupo alquilo C1-10 insubstituido o substituido o un grupo ariloC6-10insubstituido o subs tituido o R3 y R4 significan conjuntamente un grupo alquileno C3-10 insubstituido o substituido; y significa los valores numéricos 0, 1 o 2y B independientemente entre sí, significan hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo C2-8 en casodado halogenado, un grupo arilo C6-10 insubstituido o substituido; y (E)de 0 hasta 5 partes en peso de poliolefina fluorada; en donde la suma de las partes en peso de todos los componentes de la mezcla es 100, preparadas por mediode sistemasiniciadores Redox y que se caracte rizan por propiedades mecánicas mejoradas tales como resiliencia, resistencia de la costura de union yresistencia al fisurado bajo tension, procedimiento para su preparacion, empleo de las mezclas de moldeo para lafabricacion de artículos moldeados, artículosmoldeados, y piezas para carcazas.
