Abstract

Un método de granulacion de abono para la preparacion de fertilizantes, apto tanto para granular polvo de abono en ausencia de un material nucleante,material de semilla u otro iniciador como para encapsular semillas por granulacion. En una materializacion de la presente el abono se muele hasta polvo y segranula en batea. El material de abono pulverizado y seco en una distribucion de tamano determinada se mezcla suficientemente con un aglutinante que contienehumedad y se granula en un granuladora batea. Una variedad de materiales auxiliares puede ser incorporada en la mezcla de abono para un amplio rango deaplicaciones posibles. Se provee una realizacion en donde las semillas de agricultura pueden ser encapsuladas en abono para mejorar la calidad de la semilla yreducir el desperdicio durante la siembra. También se proveen alternativas para granular en varias etapas y/o con distintos granuladores. Se provee una fuentede material de abono pulverizado seco en una distribucion de tamano deun 90% de menos de malla 150, y se mezcla con un aglutinante formando una mezcla humedaque se granula a batea con material aglutinante adicional y un surfactante hasta formar los gránulos en la distribucion de tamano adecuada.
