Abstract

Una prensa de aire para deshidratar no comprensivamente un tejido humedo a niveles de consistencia no pensados como posibles previamente a velocidadesindustrialmente utiles sin deshidratacion térmica. Para ello se reccurre a una prensa de aire para desaguar un tejido humedo comprendiendo telas de soporteadaptadas para retener el tejido humedo entre las mismas y transportarlo a través de una prensa de aire; un primer dispositivo de desague que tiene miembros desellamiento; un segundo dispositivode desague en donde uno de los dispositivos de desague incluye aire conectado operativamente a una fuente de fluidopresurizado y el otro comprende un fluído de recoleccion conectado operativamente a una fuente de vacío. La invencion contempla un dispositivo para desaguar untejido humedo que dispone la prensa de aire y el dispositivo de recoleccion. Además, se contempla un método para desaguar un tejido celulosico usando tejidopresurizado.
