Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a artículos absorbentes tales como panales para infantes, artículos de incontinencia para adultos y en particular atoallas sanitarias o pantiprotectores que tienen una hoja superior de película perforada en lasuperfi cie de frente al usuario en uso. Segun la presenteinvencion los artículos también se proveen de una hoja posterior perforada para respirabilidad. La hoja posterior comprende por lo menos una capa respirable deuna tela tridimensional elásticaque cons iste de una película polimérica impermeable al líquido que tiene aberturas. Estas aberturas forman capilares que noestán perpendiculares al plano de la película sino están dispuestas en un ángulo inferior a 90s con relacion al plano de lapelícula.
