Abstract

The longitudinal grooves in each of the stacked rows have substantially uniform lateral spaces between each of the grooves. Another step is to apply continuous bands of adhesive laterally across a top side and a bottom side of the sheet so that each of the bands are longitudinally spaced apart and centered on a row of indentations. The bands alternate between the top side and the bottom side. Another step includes folding the sheet such that the sheets are longitudinally positioned. Each of the sheets has an upper fold and a lower fold aligned to the longitudinal slit. And another step, it still includes grouping the sheets together in a closed stack and compressing the stack to cause the adhesive strips to join the sheets together with the points of adhesive act, A final step is to separate the sheets laterally, to generate the hexagonal cells that They have interconnections to the adhesive contact points and openings between the contact points.
