Abstract

Un método que tiene como objeto monitorear en línea el aumento del diámetro de bobinas de hilo y que detecta defectos de devanado,incluyendo filamentos perdidos o agregados en procesos de hilado de hilo multifilamento. El dispositivo yel método deduce y compara el denier de labobina de hilo de varias bobinas de hilo devanadas en un aparato devanador comun. Se usan rangos de diámetro para dividir una bobina de hilo en variaszonas de medicion. Se realizan mediciones en línea einstantáneamente del denier para cada zona a partir de dos datos entrados: la velocidad de labobina de hilo y el tiempo requerido para atravesar la zona específica. Se comparan entre sí el denier de las diferentes bobinas que sedevanansim ultáneamente y se determina si están dentro de una tolerancia específica.
