Abstract

Se describen moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican péptidos que contienen cisteína o que contienen metionina, que funcionan para estimular osuprimir la respuesta inmune en un mamífero. Estos péptidos contienen no más de de 30 residuos deamino ácidos, y pueden estar unidos o no a un péptido desenal secretoria mamífero, en su extremo terminal amino. Asimismo, se descubren vectores de expresión mamíferos, una partícula viral, una célula de mamífero,un método para producir un péptido inmunoreactivo un métodopara modular la respuesta inmune, el uso de la molécula de ácido nucléico terapia y unacomposición terapéutica.
