Abstract

Un dispositivo para un horno de sección de anillo para la calcinación de cuerpo de carbón, comprendiendo una cantidad de cámaras (K1-Kn) donde loscuerpos de carbón se colocan al llevar a cabo el proceso de calcinación. Durante el procesode calcinación, una parte del horno comprendiendo una menorcantidad de cámaras de encuentra dividida en una zona de pre-calentamiento (K3-K2), una zona de combustión (K7-K14), y una zona de enfriamiento (K8-K10)que juntas y de manera sucesivason avanzadas hacia el horno, donde los gases de combustión formados bajo el proceso se succionan hacia afuera desde laprimera cámara (K2) en la zona de pre-calentamiento a través de un empalme de tubería a un conducto de anillo común (10). Paraelim inar la entrada de airefalso desde la primera cámara (K1) adyacente, un ventilador de contrapresión (17) se encuentra dispuesto con respecto a la primera cámara (K1).
