Abstract

Kontrolisano oslobadjanje hidrofobnih bioaktivnih supstanci in vivo u toku produženog vremenskog perioda i bez "eksplozije" oslobadjanja leka se postiže upotrebom tečne polimerne smeše, uključujući polimer, kao što je poli(laktid-ko-glikolid) kopolimer u mešavini hidrofilnih i lipofilnih rastvarača.[Controlled release of hydrophobic bioactive substances i(in vivo) over an extended time period and without "bursts" of drug release is achieved using a liquid polymeric composition including a polymer such as poly(lactide-co-glycolide) copolymer in a mixture of hydrophilic and lipophilic solvents.
