Abstract

REKUPERATIVNI GREJAČ VAZDUHA.Rekuperativni grejač vazduha predstavlja kompletno agregirano rešenje za grejanje i ventilaciju sa iskorišćenjem otpadne toplotne energije niskih potencijala. Sastoji se od ventilatorske sekcije (3.0) otsisnog vazduha koji uzima vazduh iz prostorija, zatim ga kroz izmenjivač (1.0) izbacuje u atmosferu. Svež spoljašnji vazduh se preko ventilatorske sekcije (2.0) ubacuje u izmenjivač gde se zagreva oduzimajući toplotu otpadnom vazduhu. Do potrebne temperature svež vazduh se dogreva u sekciji dogrejača (4.0) vazduha i tako pripremljen ubacuje se u radne prostorije. Rekuperativni grejač vazduha predstavlja novo tehničko rešenje grejača vazduha, koji sa ugradjenim rekuperativnim unakrsnim izmenjivačem toplote sa distančnim kalotama (1.0) omogućava korišćenje toplotne energije iz tehnoloških procesa i otpadnog vazduha provetravanja oko 55-65%. Posebno oblikovanim rešenjem centrifugallnih ventilatora (2.0), sa pogonom preko remenica, čini konstrukciju kompaktnom sa relativno malim gabaritima, i omogućava priključenje distribucionih kanala sa rešetkama, bez promene protoka svežeg i otpadnog vazduha. Ovim se omogućava daleko bolja distribucija svežeg spoljašnjeg vazduha po površini radnih prostorija, koje se greju i provetravaju, u odnosu na razne vrste postojećih grejača vazduha-kalorifera.RECUPERATIVE AIR HEATER. Recuperative air heater is a complete aggregate solution for heating and ventilation with the use of waste heat energy of low potentials. It consists of a fan section (3.0) of exhaust air that takes air from the room, then expels it into the atmosphere through the exchanger (1.0). Fresh outside air is fed into the heat exchanger via the fan section (2.0) where it is heated by removing heat from the exhaust air. Fresh air is heated to the required temperature in the air heater section (4.0) and thus prepared is introduced into the working rooms. Recuperative air heater is a new technical solution of air heaters, which with built-in recuperative cross heat exchanger with spacers (1.0) allows the use of thermal energy from technological processes and waste air ventilation of about 55-65%. The specially designed solution of centrifugal fans (2.0), with pulley drive, makes the construction compact with relatively small dimensions, and enables the connection of distribution channels with grilles, without changing the flow of fresh and exhaust air. This enables a far better distribution of fresh outside air on the surface of working rooms, which are heated and ventilated, in relation to various types of existing air heaters-heaters.
