Abstract
OBIJANJE ALKENIL ALKANOAT KATALIZATORA, opisan je postupak za proizvodnju poboljšanih katalizatora za proizvodnju alkenil alkanoata reakcijom alkena, alkanove kiseline i gasa koji sadrži kiseonik. Katalizatori sadrže paladijum, zlato i kalijum promotor i okarakterisani su smanjenim sadržajem natrijuma što rezultira u povećanoj aktivnosti katalizatora. U suštini postupak se sastoji od tri ostvarenja (tj., ostvarenja A, ostvarenja B i ostvarenja C). U ostvarenju A ostvaren smanjen sadržaj je rezultat u suštini upotrebe polaznih materijala koji su oslobodjeni od natrijuma. U ostvarenju B, smanjen sadržaj natrijuma je realizovan ispiranjem katalizatora sa vodom ili sa vodenim rastvorom kalijum promotora pošto je isti impregniran sa kalijum promotorom. The catalysts contain a palladium, gold and potassium promoter and are characterized by a reduced sodium content resulting in increased catalyst activity. In essence, the procedure consists of three embodiments (i.e., accomplishment A, accomplishment B, and accomplishment C). In embodiment A, the reduced content achieved is essentially the result of the use of sodium-free starting materials. In embodiment B, the reduced sodium content is realized by washing the catalyst with water or with an aqueous solution of the potassium promoter since it is impregnated with the potassium promoter. In embodiment C, a reduced sodium content is achieved by washing the catalyst, at a selected intermediate point in its production with a cation exchange solution.
