Abstract

Opisan je novi postupak za proizvodnju čvrstih medkinskih preparata od almokalanta u obliku kompleksa sa polistirol sulfonatom, opciono u smeši sa željenim standardnim farmaceutskim sastojcima. Novi postupak obuhvata reakciju almokalanta sa polistirol sulfonskom kiselinom tako da se formira kompleks, mešanje dobivenog kompleksa sa željenim farmaceutskim sastojcima i tabletiranje dobijene smeše na uobičajen način.A new process for the production of solid medical preparations of almocalant in the form of a complex with polystyrene sulfonate, optionally in admixture with the desired standard pharmaceutical ingredients, is described. The new process comprises reacting the almocalant with polystyrene sulfonic acid to form a complex, mixing the resulting complex with the desired pharmaceutical ingredients and tableting the resulting mixture in a conventional manner.
