  • the enrollment procedure may involve several finger placements, advantageously with finger movement between finger placements.
  • the user feedback may at least depend on the level of completion of the biometric enrollment indicated by a signal from the smartcard 1 to the user interface circuitry 27 of the enrollment assistance device 23.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide à l'inscription, pour faciliter l'inscription biométrique d'un utilisateur d'une carte à puce comprenant un agencement biométrique, un agencement de réception d'énergie sans fil et des plots de contact, le dispositif d'aide à l'inscription comprenant : une pluralité de structures de contact agencées pour établir un contact électrique avec des plots de contact correspondants de la carte à puce ; des circuits d'interface utilisateur connectés électriquement à un ensemble de structures de contact dans la pluralité de structures de contact, les circuits d'interface utilisateur étant configurés pour : recevoir de l'énergie provenant de la carte à puce par l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble de structures de contact ; recevoir, par l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble de structures de contact, un signal provenant de la carte à puce indiquant un niveau d'achèvement de l'inscription biométrique ; et fournir une rétroaction d'utilisateur concernant l'inscription biométrique, en fonction du niveau d'achèvement de l'inscription biométrique indiquée par le signal provenant de la carte à puce.
