本申请要求2022年12月7日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211566313.4、发明名称为“通信方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、网络设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种通信方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、网络设备。
背景技术
随着全双工技术/动态时分双工(Time Division Duplexing,TDD)技术的引进,传统的蜂窝网络中的干扰会显著增加。因此,如何处理这些干扰是全双工技术/动态TDD技术能否成功应用的关键。
现有技术中,跨链路干扰(Cross Link Interference,CLI)是目前存在的主要干扰,也即一个终端设备的上行传输会对另一个终端设备的下行接收产生干扰。
因此,目前亟需一种能够降低跨链路干扰的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种通信方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、网络设备,能够降低跨链路干扰。
为了达到上述目的,本申请提供了以下技术方案:
第一方面,提供了一种通信方法,通信方法包括:获取静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果;根据所述静默配置信息在所述需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据和/或在所述当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。
可选的,所述静默配置信息为比特图,所述比特图中每一比特用于指示一个资源位置的静默结果。
可选的,所述获取静默配置信息包括:根据以下信息中的一种或多种计算所述当前资源位置的静默结果:小区标识、用户标识、时间资源标识和跨链路干扰资源索引。
可选的,所述资源位置为时域资源位置、频域资源位置和/或空域资源位置。
可选的,所述频域资源位置为上行子带中的资源位置。

与现有技术相比,本申请实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本申请技术方案中,网络设备可以为终端设备配置静默配置信息,以指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果。终端设备考可以按照静默配置信息在静默配置信息指示的资源位置和/或当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。本申请能够实现终端设备在需要静默的资源位置上禁止发送数据,从而避免了上行传输对其他终端设备下行接收的干扰,降低了跨链路干扰,保证了通信的正常开展。
进一步地,静默配置信息为比特图,所述比特图中每一比特指示一个资源位置的静默结果;或者,根据以下信息中的一种或多种计算当前资源位置的静默结果:小区标识、用户标识、时间资源标识和跨链路干扰资源索引。本申请中终端设备可以通过比特图或计算的方式获得对应资源位置的静默结果,从而实现上行数据的静默,降低跨链路干扰。
进一步地,资源位置为时间资源位置、频域资源位置和/或空域资源位置。本申请从多个维度上实现数据的静默,实现了数据静默的灵活性,

具体实施方式
本申请实施例适用的通信***包括但不限于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)***、第五代(5th-generation,5G)***、新无线(New Radio,NR)***,以及未来演进***或者多种通信融合***。其中,5G***可以为非独立组网(Non-StandAlone,NSA)的5G***或独立组网(StandAlone,SA)的5G***。本申请技术方案也适用于不同的网络架构,包括但不限于中继网络架构、双链接架构、车辆到任何物体的通信(Vehicle-to-Everything)架构等架构。
本申请主要涉及终端设备和网络设备之间的通信。其中:
本申请实施例中的网络设备也可以称为接入网设备,例如,可以为基站(Base Station,BS)(也可称为基站设备),网络设备是一种部署在无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)用以提供无线通信功能的装置。例如在第二代(2nd-Generation,2G)网络中提供基站功能的设备包括基地无线收发站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),第三代(3rd-Generation,3G)网络中提供基站功能的设备包括节点B (NodeB),在***(4th-Generation,4G)网络中提供基站功能的设备包括演进的节点B(evolved NodeB,eNB),在无线局域网络(Wireless Local Area Networks,WLAN)中,提供基站功能的设备为接入点(Access Point,AP),NR中的提供基站功能的设备下一代基站节点(next generation Node Base station,gNB),以及继续演进的节点B(ng-eNB),其中gNB和终端设备之间采用NR技术进行通信,ng-eNB和终端设备之间采用演进的通用地面无线电接入(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access,E-UTRA)技术进行通信,gNB和ng-eNB均可连接到5G核心网。本申请实施例中的网络设备还包含在未来新的通信***中提供基站功能的设备等。
本申请实施例中的终端设备(terminal equipment)可以指各种形式的接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台(Mobile Station,MS)、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。终端设备还可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备,未来5G网络中的终端设备或者未来演进的公用陆地移动通信网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)中的终端设备等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。终端设备也可以称为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、终端等。
如背景技术中所述,目前亟需一种能够降低跨链路干扰的解决方案。
本申请技术方案中,网络设备可以为终端设备配置静默配置信息,以指示需要静默的资源位置分布或者指示当前资源位置的静默结果。终端设备考可以按照静默配置信息在静默配置信息指示的资源位置或当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。本申请能够实现终端设备在需要静默的资源位置上禁止发送数据,从而避免了上行传输对其他终 端设备下行接收的干扰,降低了跨链路干扰,保证了通信的正常开展。
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施例做详细的说明。
参见图1,本申请提供的方法包括:
步骤101:终端设备获取静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果。
步骤102:终端设备根据所述静默配置信息在所述需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据和/或在所述当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。
需要指出的是,本实施例中各个步骤的序号并不代表对各个步骤的执行顺序的限定。
可以理解的是,在具体实施中,所述通信方法可以采用软件程序的方式实现,该软件程序运行于芯片或芯片模组内部集成的处理器中。该方法也可以采用软件结合硬件的方式实现,本申请不作限制。
本实施例中,静默结果可以包括需要静默或无需静默,也可以说,静默结果可以包括发送数据或禁止发送数据。
在步骤101的一种具体实施中,静默配置信息可以携带于无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)信令、媒体接入控制(Media Access Control,MAC)控制元(Control Element,CE)中。具体地,该RRC信令可以是***信息块(System Information Block,SIB)。
在步骤101的另一种具体实施中,静默配置信息也可以携带于下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)中。其中,该下行控制信息可以是采用新的无线网络临时标识(Radio Network Temporary Identity,RNTI)加扰的。上述新的RNTI可以称为静默RNTI(Muting-RNTI)。具体地,该下行控制信息可以是格式2-0(format2-0)的下行控制信息。对于终端设备而言,其可以采用上述 新的RNTI解扰下行控制信息,解扰成功的话可以获得静默配置信息。通过上述新的RNTI加扰下行控制信息的方式可以实现终端设备专用的静默配置。
本实施例中,网络设备可以为终端设备配置静默配置信息,以指示需要静默的资源位置分布。终端设备可以根据静默配置信息确定在哪些资源位置上发送数据,或者在哪些资源位置上禁止发送数据。
在一个具体实施例中,请参照图2,在步骤201中,网络设备发送静默配置信息。相应地,终端设备接收该静默配置信息。具体实施中,该静默配置信息为比特图,比特图中每一比特指示一个资源位置的静默结果。更具体地,比特图中每一比特指示一个时域资源位置的静默结果。例如,比特图中每一比特指示一个时隙(slot)或一个符号(symbol)上的静默结果。其中,所述比特图可以在时间上进行周期性的重复,进而可以指示更多时域资源位置的静默结果。
进一步地,比特图可以指示单个传输时间单元内各个资源位置的静默结果。传输时间单元具体可以包括时隙、子帧或无线帧。例如,比特图指示单个时隙内各个符号上的静默结果;或者,比特图指示单个子帧内各个时隙上的静默结果;或者,比特图指示单个无线帧内各个子帧上的静默结果。
需要说明的是,时域资源位置也可以是其他任意可实施的时间单元,例如微时隙(mini slot)、子帧(subframe)等,本申请对此不作限制。
在步骤202中,终端设备发送数据或禁止发送数据。具体地,终端设备在需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据,在其他资源位置上发送数据。
例如,比特图为11001100110011,该比特图可以指示一个时隙中各个符号的静默结果,比特值为1表示该符号上禁止发送数据。那么终端设备在按照上述比特图发送数据时,可以在每个时隙的符号0、 符号1、符号4、符号5、符号8、符号9、符号12、符号13上禁止发送数据,而在符号2、符号3、符号6、符号7、符号10、符号11上发送数据。
本实施例中,通过比特图的方式能够周期性地指示需要静默的资源位置分布,配置简单,节省信令开销。
在一个具体实施例中,网络设备也可以为终端设备配置静默配置信息,以指示当前资源位置的静默结果。终端设备可以根据静默配置信息确定在当前资源位置发送位置或禁止发送数据。
具体请参照图3,在步骤301中,网络设备发送静默配置信息。相应地,终端设备接收该静默配置信息。静默配置信息包括伪序列。伪序列可以用于指示静默结果的计算方式。
在步骤302中,终端设备根据以下信息中的一种或多种计算当前资源位置的静默结果:小区标识、用户标识、时间资源标识和跨链路干扰资源索引。
本实施例中,当前资源位置可以是当前时域资源位置,具体可以是时隙、符号、微时隙、子帧等。具体地,当前时域资源位置为时隙时,时间资源标识为时隙索引(slot index);当前时域资源位置为符号时,时间资源标识为符号索引(symbol index);当前时域资源位置为子帧时,时间资源标识为子帧索引(Frame index)。
用户标识具体可以是小区无线网络临时标识(Cell Radio Network Temporary Identity,C-RNTI)。
例如,终端设备采用小区标识、C-RNTI、符号索引计算当前符号的静默结果。此时,可以通过长度为31的Gold序列来生成1个伪随机序列,也即输出的序列c(n),其中n对应当前时域资源位置的标识,具体可以是时隙索引、符号索引、帧索引等,或者上述索引的综合。具体来说,生成公式如下
其中NC=1600。同时第一个m序列x1(n)初始化为x1(0)=1,x1(n)=0,n=1,2,...,30。第二个m序列x2(n)可以由终端设备采用小区标识、C-RNTI、符号索引来构成。然后定义初始序列
在步骤303中,终端设备根据当前资源位置的静默结果在当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。若计算出的静默结果为发送数据,则终端设备发送数据;若计算出的静默结果为禁止发送数据,则终端设备禁止发送数据。
本实施例中,通过伪序列动态计算静默结果的方式,能够实现静默配置信息配置的灵活性,从而能够灵活地控制数据的静默,进一步降低跨链路干扰。
前述实施例是以资源位置为时域资源位置为例进行说明的。在本发明一个非限制性的实施例中,资源位置还可以为时域资源位置、频域资源位置和/或空域资源位置。
在一个具体实施方式中,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的频域资源位置分布或者指示当前频域资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在频域资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。具体地,频域资源位置为上行子带(uplink subband)中的资源位置。频域资源位置可以是一个或多个资源块(Resource Block,RB),也可以是一个或多个资源元素(Resource Element,RE)。在这种情况下,比特图中每一比特用于指示一个频域资源位置的静默结果。
例如,对于上行子带,可以将其划分为N个频域资源位置,终端设备可以按照比特图在每个频域资源位置上发送数据或禁止发送 数据。或者,终端设备可以基于伪序列计算当前频域资源位置的静默结果,并在当前频域资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。
在另一个具体实施方式中,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的空域资源位置分布或者指示当前空域资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在空域资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。具体地,空域资源位置可以采用波束(beam)来表示。
例如,对于上行波束,终端设备可以按照比特图在每个波束上发送数据或禁止发送数据。或者,终端设备可以基于伪序列计算当前波束的静默结果,并在当前波束发送或禁止发送数据。
进一步地,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的时频资源位置分布或者指示当前时频资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在时频资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。
进一步地,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的时空资源位置(时间资源位置与空域资源位置)分布或者指示当前时空资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在时空资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。
进一步地,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的空频资源位置(空域资源位置与频域资源位置)分布或者指示当前空频资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在空频资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。
进一步地,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的视频空资源位置(时域资源位置、空域资源位置与频域资源位置)分布或者指示当前空频资源位置的静默结果,终端设备可以在空频资源位置上发送或禁止发送数据。
在本申请一个非限制性的实施例中,请参照图4,在步骤401中,网络设备发送静默配置信息。静默配置信息还用于指示静默对象或非静默对象。相应地。终端设备接收静默配置信息。
静默对象或非静默对象具体可以是信道,也可以是数据。那么,静默对象是指需要静默的信道或数据,非静默对象则表示无需静默的 信道或数据。
在一个具体实施例中,静默对象或非静默对象选自以下一种或多种:所有上行传输、探测参考信号探测参考信号(Sounding Reference Signal,SRS)、物理上行共享信道(Physical Uplink Shared Channel,PUSCH)、物理上行控制信道(Physical Uplink Control Channel,PUCCH)、URLLC PUSCH、URLLC PUCCH、eMBB PUCCH、eMBB PUSCH、有上行控制信息(Uplink Control Information,UCI)背负式运载(piggyback)的PUSCH、承载了HARQ-ACK的PUCCH、承载了波束失败回复调度请求(Scheduling Request,SR)的PUCCH、承载了SR的PUCCH、承载了信道状态信息(Channel State Information,CSI)的PUCCH、用于天线转换(antenna switching)的SRS、用于基于码本(codebook)上行传输的SRS、用于基于非码本(non-codebook)上行传输的SRS、用于波束管理的SRS和物理随机接入信道(Physical Random Access Channel,PRACH)。
在步骤402中,终端设备根据静默配置信息中静默结果和静默对象发送数据或禁止发送数据。具体地,终端设备根据静默配置信息在静默配置信息指示的资源位置或当前资源位置发送或禁止发送静默对象对应的数据。终端设备根据静默配置信息在静默配置信息指示的资源位置或当前资源位置发送或禁止发送非静默对象之外的信道对应的数据。
也就是说,静默配置信息中静默结果可以作用于静默对象,而不会作用于非静默对象。
具体地,在收到静默配置信息且静默结果指示静默的情况下,终端设备可以禁止发送SRS,也可以禁止发送PUSCH、PUCCH和PRACH中一个或多个信道上的数据;终端设备也可以发送SRS,发送PUSCH、PUCCH和PRACH中一个或多个信道上的数据。
进一步地,PUSCH包括承载上行控制信息(Uplink Control Information,UCI)的PUSCH、极可靠低时延通信(Ultra-relaible and Low  Latency Communication,URLLC)PUSCH以及增强移动宽带(Enhanced Mobile Broadband,eMBB)PUSCH。PUCCH包括承载混合自动重传请求(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest,HARQ)确认的PUCCH、承载信道状态信息(Channel State Information,CSI)的PUCCH、URLLC PUCCH以及eMBB PUCCH。
本发明实施例通过配置静默对象或非静默对象,能够区别地静默不同类型的数据,例如对于低时延数据,可以不适用于静默结果,从而保证低时延数据的正常发送。本实施例能够在保证各项业务的顺利开展的基础上降低跨链路干扰。
关于本申请实施例的更多具体实现方式,请参照前述实施例,此处不再赘述。
请参照图5,图5示出了一种通信装置50,通信装置50可以包括:
通信模块501,用于获取静默配置信息,静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布或者指示当前资源位置的静默结果。
通信模块还501用于根据静默配置信息在需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据或在当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据。
在具体实施中,上述通信装置50可以对应于终端设备中具有通信功能的芯片,例如片上***(System-On-a-Chip,SOC)、基带芯片等;或者对应于终端设备中包括具有通信功能的芯片模组;或者对应于具有数据处理功能芯片的芯片模组,或者对应于终端设备。
在另一个具体实施例中,通信装置50可以包括:
通信模块501用于发送静默配置信息。
在具体实施中,上述通信装置50可以对应于网络设备中具有通信功能的芯片,例如SOC、基带芯片等;或者对应于网络设备中包括具有通信功能的芯片模组;或者对应于具有数据处理功能芯片的芯 片模组,或者对应于网络设备。
关于通信装置50的其他相关描述可以参照前述实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
关于上述实施例中描述的各个装置、产品包含的各个模块/单元,其可以是软件模块/单元,也可以是硬件模块/单元,或者也可以部分是软件模块/单元,部分是硬件模块/单元。例如,对于应用于或集成于芯片的各个装置、产品,其包含的各个模块/单元可以都采用电路等硬件的方式实现,或者,至少部分模块/单元可以采用软件程序的方式实现,该软件程序运行于芯片内部集成的处理器,剩余的(如果有)部分模块/单元可以采用电路等硬件方式实现;对于应用于或集成于芯片模组的各个装置、产品,其包含的各个模块/单元可以都采用电路等硬件的方式实现,不同的模块/单元可以位于芯片模组的同一组件(例如芯片、电路模块等)或者不同组件中,或者,至少部分模块/单元可以采用软件程序的方式实现,该软件程序运行于芯片模组内部集成的处理器,剩余的(如果有)部分模块/单元可以采用电路等硬件方式实现;对于应用于或集成于终端设备的各个装置、产品,其包含的各个模块/单元可以都采用电路等硬件的方式实现,不同的模块/单元可以位于终端设备内同一组件(例如,芯片、电路模块等)或者不同组件中,或者,至少部分模块/单元可以采用软件程序的方式实现,该软件程序运行于终端设备内部集成的处理器,剩余的(如果有)部分模块/单元可以采用电路等硬件方式实现。
本申请实施例还公开了一种存储介质,所述存储介质为计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序运行时可以执行图1至图4中所示方法的步骤。所述存储介质可以包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。存储介质还可以包括非挥发性存储器(non-volatile)或者非瞬态(non-transitory)存储器等。
请参照图6,本申请实施例还提供了一种通信装置的硬件结构示 意图。该装置包括处理器601、存储器602和收发器603。
处理器601可以是一个通用中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)、微处理器、特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个用于控制本申请方案程序执行的集成电路。处理器601也可以包括多个CPU,并且处理器601可以是一个单核(single-CPU)处理器,也可以是多核(multi-CPU)处理器。这里的处理器可以指一个或多个设备、电路或用于处理数据(例如计算机程序指令)的处理核。
存储器602可以是ROM或可存储静态信息和指令的其他类型的静态存储设备、RAM或者可存储信息和指令的其他类型的动态存储设备,也可以是电可擦可编程只读存储器(electrically erasable programmable read-only memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(compactdisc read-only memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储、光碟存储(包括压缩光碟、激光碟、光碟、数字通用光碟、蓝光光碟等)、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质,本申请实施例对此不作任何限制。存储器602可以是独立存在(此时,存储器602可以位于该装置外,也可以位于该装置内),也可以和处理器601集成在一起。其中,存储器602中可以包含计算机程序代码。处理器601用于执行存储器602中存储的计算机程序代码,从而实现本申请实施例提供的方法。
处理器601、存储器602和收发器603通过总线相连接。收发器603用于与其他设备或通信网络通信。可选的,收发器603可以包括发射机和接收机。收发器603中用于实现接收功能的器件可以视为接收机,接收机用于执行本申请实施例中的接收的步骤。收发器603中用于实现发送功能的器件可以视为发射机,发射机用于执行本申请实施例中的发送的步骤。
当图6所示的结构示意图用于示意上述实施例中所涉及的终端 设备的结构时,处理器601用于对终端设备的动作进行控制管理,例如,处理器601用于支持终端设备执行图1中的步骤101和步骤102,或者图2中的步骤201和步骤202,或者图3中的步骤301、步骤302和步骤303,或者图4中的步骤401和步骤402,和/或本申请实施例中所描述的其他过程中的终端设备执行的动作。处理器601可以通过收发器603与其他网络实体通信,例如,与上述网络设备通信。存储器602用于存储终端设备的程序代码和数据。所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时可以控制所述收发器603接收RRC信令、MAC信令和DCI中的一个或多个。
当图6所示的结构示意图用于示意上述实施例中所涉及的网络设备的结构时,处理器601用于对网络设备的动作进行控制管理,例如,处理器601用于支持网络设备执行图2中的步骤201和步骤202,或者图3中的步骤301和步骤303,或者图4中的步骤401和步骤402,和/或本申请实施例中所描述的其他过程中的网络设备执行的动作。处理器601可以通过收发器603与其他网络实体通信,例如,与上述终端设备通信。存储器602用于存储网络设备的程序代码和数据。所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时可以控制所述收发器603发送RRC信令、MAC信令和DCI中的一个或多个。
本申请实施例定义接入网到终端设备的单向通信链路为下行链路,在下行链路上传输的数据为下行数据,下行数据的传输方向称为下行方向;而终端设备到接入网的单向通信链路为上行链路,在上行链路上传输的数据为上行数据,上行数据的传输方向称为上行方向。
应理解,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/“,表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
本申请实施例中出现的“多个”是指两个或两个以上。
本申请实施例中出现的第一、第二等描述,仅作示意与区分描述 对象之用,没有次序之分,也不表示本申请实施例中对设备个数的特别限定,不能构成对本申请实施例的任何限制。
本申请实施例中出现的“连接”是指直接连接或者间接连接等各种连接方式,以实现设备间的通信,本申请实施例对此不做任何限定。

应理解,在本申请的各种实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果;
    根据所述静默配置信息在所述需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据或在所述当前资源位置发送和/或禁止发送数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述静默配置信息为比特图,所述比特图中每一比特用于指示一个资源位置的静默结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述获取静默配置信息包括:
    根据以下信息中的一种或多种计算所述当前资源位置的静默结果:小区标识、用户标识、时间资源标识和跨链路干扰资源索引。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述资源位置为时域资源位置、频域资源位置和/或空域资源位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述频域资源位置为上行子带中的资源位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述静默配置信息用于指示还用于指示静默对象或非静默对象,所述根据所述静默配置信息在所述静默配置信息指示的资源位置或所述当前资源位置发送或禁止发送数据包括:
    根据所述静默配置信息在所述静默配置信息指示的资源位置或所述当前资源位置发送或禁止发送所述静默对象对应的数据;
    或者,根据所述静默配置信息在所述静默配置信息指示的资源位置或所述当前资源位置发送或禁止发送所述非静默对象之外的信 道对应的数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述静默对象或非静默对象选自以下一种或多种:探测参考信号SRS、物理上行共享信道PUSCH、物理上行控制信道PUCCH和物理随机接入信道PRACH。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述PUSCH包括承载上行控制信息UCI的PUSCH、极可靠低时延通信URLLC PUSCH以及增强移动宽带eMBB PUSCH,所述PUCCH包括承载混合自动重传请求HARQ确认的PUCCH、承载信道状态信息CSI的PUCCH、URLLC PUCCH以及eMBB PUCCH。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述获取静默配置信息包括:
    获取无线资源控制RRC信令、下行控制信息或媒体接入控制元素MAC CE,所述RRC信令、下行控制信息或MAC CE携带所述静默配置信息,所述下行控制信息是采用新的无线网络临时标识RNTI加扰的。
  10. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    发送静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述静默配置信息为比特图,所述比特图中每一比特用于指示一个资源位置的静默结果。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述资源位置为时域资源位置、频域资源位置和/或空域资源位置。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述静默配置信息用于指示还用于指示静默对象或非静默对象,所述静默对象或 非静默对象选自以下一种或多种:探测参考信号SRS、物理上行共享信道PUSCH、物理上行控制信道PUCCH和物理随机接入信道PRACH。
  14. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    通信模块,用于获取静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果;
    所述通信模块还用于根据所述静默配置信息在所述需要静默的资源位置禁止发送数据或在所述当前资源位置发送和/或禁止发送数据。
  15. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    通信模块,用于发送静默配置信息,所述静默配置信息用于指示需要静默的资源位置分布和/或指示当前资源位置的静默结果。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行权利要求1至13中任一项所述通信方法的步骤。
  17. 一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述通信方法的步骤。
  18. 一种网络设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求10至13中任一项所述通信方法的步骤。
