本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种便于组装定位的扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器又名喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。随着客户对消费电子产品的要求提高,扬声器被赋予了更多的要求。
技术问题
相关技术的扬声器包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动***、具有磁间隙的磁路***以及电路板,所述磁路***驱动所述振动***振动发声,所述振动***包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设于所述磁间隙的音圈,磁路***包括磁碗以及设置于磁碗上的磁钢,电路板上下分别与音圈和振膜胶合,由于磁碗位置遮挡音圈及振膜,最后组装振膜,正面没有空间压住,无法保证振膜与电路板的胶合,故装配顺序只能是磁碗通过注塑与盆架结合,磁钢与磁碗组装,音圈与电路板组装后先与振膜胶合,翻转后再与盆架组装,整个过程音圈与盆架无法使用同一工装定位,同心度无法保证,而且此种装配方案需要放宽磁间隙标准,影响性能提升。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种同心度高,结构稳定的扬声器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路***以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,所述磁路***包括磁碗以及固定于所述磁碗的第一磁钢,所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、自所述内固定端延伸出来的焊盘、自所述焊盘延伸出来的连接臂以及与所述连接臂连接且固定于所述盆架的外固定端,所述磁碗包括承载所述第一磁钢的平板部及自所述平板部的两侧弯折延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述第一磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述磁碗的弯折部于所述焊盘处设有第一缺口,所述焊盘暴露于所述第一缺口以便组装所述扬声器时工装便于定位所述第一电路板与所述第一振膜。
优选地,所述磁碗的所述平板部与所述弯折部连接的位置处设有第二缺口,所述第一音圈部分暴露于所述第二缺口以便组装所述扬声器时工装便于定位所述第一音圈与所述第一振膜。
优选地,所述第一音圈呈矩形,所述焊盘位于所述第一音圈的对角线处。
优选地,所述磁碗的弯折部与所述第一缺口轴对称的位置处设有第三缺口。
优选地,所述磁碗与所述盆架注塑固定。
优选地,所述第一电路板与所述第一振膜胶合固定。
优选地,所述磁路***还包括盖设于所述第一磁钢上方的第一极芯。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架且围绕所述磁碗平板部设置的第二磁钢、与所述第二磁钢固定的框架、固定于所述框架的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二磁钢与所述磁碗弯折部之间形成第二磁间隙,所述第二音圈部分插设于所述第二磁间隙。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括设置于所述第二磁钢靠近所述第一振膜一侧的第二极芯及设置于所述第二磁钢靠近所述第二振膜一侧的第三极芯。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架四个角部处的第二电路板,所述第二电路板与所述第二音圈电性连接。

所述第一电路板51包括与所述第一音圈31固定的内固定端511、自所述内固定端511延伸出来的焊盘512、自所述焊盘512延伸出来的连接臂513以及与所述连接臂513连接且固定于所述盆架1的外固定端514,所述焊盘512位于所述第一音圈31的对角线处,便于与所述第一引线311焊接固定以实现第一电路板51与第一音圈31的电性连接。所述第一电路板51与所述第一振膜21胶合固定,且弹性支撑所述第一音圈31。
所述磁碗41与所述盆架1注塑固定。所述磁碗41的弯折部412于所述焊盘512处设有第一缺口414,所述焊盘512暴露于所述第一缺口414以便组装所述扬声器100时工装便于定位所述第一电路板51与所述第一振膜21。所述磁碗41的所述平板部411与所述弯折部412连接的位置处设有第二缺口415,所述第一音圈31部分暴露于所述第二缺口415以便组装所述扬声器100时工装便于定位所述第一音圈31与所述第一振膜21。所述磁碗41的弯折部412与所述第一缺口414轴对称的位置处设有第三缺口416,如此设置,使得所述磁碗41整体为对称结构,便于制造及安装,第三缺口416设置于第一音圈31的另一条对角线处。
所述扬声器100还包括叠设于所述盆架1的框架6、固定于所述框架6的第二振膜22、驱动所述第二振膜22振动发声的第二音圈32、固定于所述盆架1且围绕所述磁碗41平板部411设置的第二磁钢44、设置于所述第二磁钢44靠近所述第一振膜21一侧的第二极芯45、设置于所述第二磁钢44靠近所述第二振膜22一侧的第三极芯46、固定于所述盆架1四个角部处的第二电路板52以及盖设于所述第二振膜22上方的盖板7。所述第二磁钢44为四个,且与所述磁碗41的弯折部412之间形成第二磁间隙402,所述第二音圈32部分插设于所述第二磁间隙402。所述磁碗41的延伸部413固定设置于所述第二磁钢44的上方,所述第二极芯45设置于未固定有延伸部413的第二磁钢44上,在本是实施例中,即为长轴方向上的第二磁钢44上。
所述第二振膜22包括第二球顶221及环绕所述第二球顶211设置的第二折环222。
所述第二电路板52与所述第二音圈32电性连接。
组装所述扬声器100时,所述盆架1与所述磁碗41、第二极芯45注塑固定,磁碗41的延伸部413注塑固定于盆架1的短轴方向上,第二极芯45注塑固定于盆架1的长轴方向上,将所述第一磁钢42、第一极芯43固定于所述磁碗41的平板部411,同时,所述第一音圈31与所述第一电路板51胶合固定,将盆架1翻转到音圈的定位镶件上,此处使用的是同一定位工装,通过第一电路板51的外固定端514与盆架1贴合固定,从而将第一音圈31与盆架1固定,使得第一音圈31与盆架1的同心度得到了保证,最后将第一振膜21与第一电路板51固定从而完成部分扬声器的组装。需要注意的是,在第一振膜21与第一电路板51的固定过程中,工装会通过磁碗41上的第一缺口414对第一电路板51与第一振膜21、通过第二缺口415对第一音圈31与第一振膜21进行压合,从而保证了第一音圈31、第一振膜21、第一电路板51三者之间的胶合固定。然后再从盆架1的另一面对第二电路板52、第二磁钢44、框架6、第三极芯46、第二音圈32、第二振膜22进行组装,最终完成对扬声器100的组装。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路***以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,所述磁路***包括磁碗以及固定于所述磁碗的第一磁钢,所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、自所述内固定端延伸出来的焊盘、自所述焊盘延伸出来的连接臂以及与所述连接臂连接且固定于所述盆架的外固定端,所述磁碗包括承载所述第一磁钢的平板部及自所述平板部的两侧弯折延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述第一磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述磁碗的弯折部于所述焊盘处设有第一缺口,所述焊盘暴露于所述第一缺口以便组装所述扬声器时工装便于定位所述第一电路板与所述第一振膜。本实用新型的磁碗正面位置设置了缺口作为避让,装配顺序可调整为:磁碗通过注塑与盆架结合,第一磁钢与磁碗组装,第一音圈与第一电路板组装后,将盆架翻转到第一音圈的定位镶件上,此时使用的是同一定位工装,保证盆架与第一音圈的同心度,最后将第一振膜胶合件与盆架、第一音圈胶合件组装,通过缺口的位置压合,保证第一电路板与振膜胶合可靠性,此种方案下磁间隙可以进一步做小,提升SPL。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路***以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,所述磁路***包括磁碗以及固定于所述磁碗的第一磁钢,所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、自所述内固定端延伸出来的焊盘、自所述焊盘延伸出来的连接臂以及与所述连接臂连接且固定于所述盆架的外固定端,其特征在于:所述磁碗包括承载所述第一磁钢的平板部及自所述平板部的两侧弯折延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述第一磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述磁碗的弯折部于所述焊盘处设有第一缺口,所述焊盘暴露于所述第一缺口以便组装所述扬声器时工装便于定位所述第一电路板与所述第一振膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁碗的所述平板部与所述弯折部连接的位置处设有第二缺口,所述第一音圈部分暴露于所述第二缺口以便组装所述扬声器时工装便于定位所述第一音圈与所述第一振膜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈呈矩形,所述焊盘位于所述第一音圈的对角线处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁碗的弯折部与所述第一缺口轴对称的位置处设有第三缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁碗与所述盆架注塑固定。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一电路板与所述第一振膜胶合固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路***还包括盖设于所述第一磁钢上方的第一极芯。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架且围绕所述磁碗平板部设置的第二磁钢、与所述第二磁钢固定的框架、固定于所述框架的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二磁钢与所述磁碗弯折部之间形成第二磁间隙,所述第二音圈部分插设于所述第二磁间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括设置于所述第二磁钢靠近所述第一振膜一侧的第二极芯及设置于所述第二磁钢靠近所述第二振膜一侧的第三极芯。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架四个角部处的第二电路板,所述第二电路板与所述第二音圈电性连接。
